About the role

We are looking for a Legal Advisor to manage legal matters for our real estate business, with strong exposure to litigation, real estate laws, legal drafting, and dispute resolution . The role will involve handling day-to-day legal matters, protecting business interests, managing litigation, and working closely with external legal counsel.

What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end litigation matters , including civil, commercial, consumer, RERA and other property-related disputes
  • Draft, review and vet agreements, contracts, notices, deeds, MoUs, leases, and other legal documents
  • Handle legal notices, replies, claims, disputes and documentation related to the business
  • Coordinate with external lawyers, advocates and legal consultants for ongoing litigation and court matters
  • Provide legal guidance on real estate transactions, property matters, contracts and business decisions
