What you'll do

• Provide legal and strategic guidance on commercial, regulatory, compliance, and business matters
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts and business agreements
• Manage disputes, investigations, litigation, and external counsel while mitigating legal and business risks
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs, policies, governance frameworks, and risk management initiatives
• Advise on ethics, regulatory compliance, data privacy, competition law, anti-corruption, and other legal risk areas
