About the role

We are looking for a proactive Legal & Compliance Administrator to manage contracts, compliance, and governance processes across the organization.

What you'll do

  • Manage EPC, PPA, Cleaning, and I&C agreements end-to-end
  • Maintain version control, manage NDA renewals, and ensure proper documentation
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel for complex drafting and negotiations
  • Conduct basic due diligence on clients and vendors
  • Monitor statutory compliance and maintain compliance registers
