What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including distributor, service, confidentiality, and government contracts
• Support business teams across functions in structuring and negotiating contracts and purchase agreements
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies across business operations
• Lead and support internal investigations while developing risk mitigation and compliance strategies
• Manage litigation and legal matters in coordination with external counsel and internal stakeholders
