About the role

3-5 years of post qualification experience in M&A teams of Tier 1, 2, 3 law firms or in-house Specialized knowledge of mergers and acquisitions Prior experience in asset & business transfers, share acquisitions and minority investments Opportunity to work on high-impact M&A transactions in the pharmaceutical industry.

What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to mergers and acquisitions in the pharmaceutical industry
• Provide legal advice to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Assist with due diligence processes, identifying and mitigating potential legal risks
• Collaborate with internal teams to align legal strategies with business goals
• Support the legal team in managing regulatory filings and approvals
