A successful Legal Consultant should have: LL.B/LL.M, 3-6 years of Post Qualification Experience Experience handling IP matters, labour and employment laws, and coordinating litigation/disputes with external counsel. What you'll do

• Work directly with senior stakeholders on day-to-day functions
• Provide legal advisory on product claims, packaging, labeling, and advertisements in line with FSSAI and food safety regulations
• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial contracts across supply chain, procurement, sales channels, treasury, HR, and operations
• Support legal requirements across multi‑channel distribution including e‑commerce, modern trade, and institutional sales
• Drive compliance, governance initiatives, and audits while ensuring adherence to internal policies and applicable laws
