About the role

A successful Legal Consultant - Temp should have: LL.B / LL.M An opportunity to work with a well-established organisation in the F&B industry.

What you'll do

• Work directly with senior stakeholders on day-to-day functions
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, vendor agreements, etc
• Support the business with contract lifecycle management
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, and operations
• Identify legal risks and suggest simple, effective mitigation strategies

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Negotiation
• LLB or LLM
