Legal Counsel - Wealth Management / Private Banking | 10-12 PQE | Mumbai

About the role

Qualified lawyer with 10-12 years' experience in financial services/wealth/banking legal roles Solid understanding of SEBI and RBI regulatory frameworks Business-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management and communication skills Prior experience in private banking, wealth management, NBFCs, or top-tier law firms preferred

What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with PMS providers, AIFs, REITs/InvITs and intermediaries
• Manage onboarding documentation for RIA, sub-brokers and referral partners
• Support LAS documentation and DSA arrangements with banks/NBFCs
• Draft and negotiate MSAs, SaaS agreements, NDAs and vendor contracts
• Manage office leases, renewals and compliance documentation
