Legal Documents Specialist

About the role

The role covers internal agreements, corporate governance documents, legal correspondence, and client contracts. The specialist works with business teams to gather information, maintain accurate drafts, and coordinate review and execution with legal counsel and authorized signers. Monday-Friday, 6:30pm - 2:30am (IST), Daily On-Site.

What you'll do

• Draft and revise internal agreements, including intercompany, management, confidentiality, and other business agreements
• Work alongside the Contract Manager on client contracts, amendments, statements of work, and related documents, sharing responsibility for drafting and revisions
• Prepare demand letters, notices, powers of attorney, resolutions, consents, and other corporate governance documents
• Prepare and finalize routine documents using approved templates and established company procedures
• Review documents for consistency, completeness, correct entity names, dates, defined terms, and signature requirements
