About the role

Acting as a trusted legal advisor to senior business stakeholders. Travelling for business requirements, as and when required. Qualified lawyer with approximately 10-15 years of post-qualification experience. An additional CS qualification would be desirable. Candidates from highly regulated sectors such as education, telecom, construction/real estate, or Alcobev preferred.

What you'll do

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial and corporate contracts
• Advising on legal, regulatory, compliance, and governance matters
• Establishing and strengthening legal and compliance frameworks from the ground up
• Supporting new business initiatives, growth projects, and strategic business objectives
• Supporting corporate transactions, structuring, due diligence exercises, and strategic initiatives where required
