About the role

The Candidate will independently work or support on: (i)matters/issues which any prudent owner of a hotel would consider as an owner-issue (such as property/easement, branding or refurbishment issues) or high stake or complex or above a certain threshold;

• Leading/ supervising/supporting any potential or ongoing litigation or third party claims
• Providing business/legal inputs to the internal legal team who would be leading the financing transactions, M&A
