About the role

Reporting to Director - Legal, the role would involve: Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of commercial and procurement contracts. Demonstrated experience advising on labour and employment law matters. Prior experience in the power, energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, industrial, or engineering sectors would be preferred, though applicants from other industries are encouraged to apply.

What you'll do

• Reporting to Director - Legal, the role would involve: Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of commercial and procurement contracts
• Providing practical legal advice to business stakeholders on Indian laws and regulatory requirements
• Supporting factory operations and corporate functions on day-to-day legal and compliance matters
• Advising on labour and employment law issues, employee-related disputes, and workplace policies
• Managing and mitigating legal risks across business operations
