About the role

Are you passionate about football (soccer) and interested in building something of your own? This is not your traditional management job— it is designed for entrepreneurial individuals who want to build, operate, and grow their own local football operation while creating a meaningful impact in their community.

What you'll do

• Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts
• Secure suitable football venues
• Drive marketing and customer acquisition to grow the player community
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience
• Work closely with our Singapore HQ, supported by operations and technology teams
