Linux System and Hardware Administrator

About the role

The Linux System and Hardware Administrator is the hands-on owner of day-to-day operations for Fulfillment IQ’s Linux servers and for the laptops and hardware used by our India-based team. The role sits in the Corporate Technology team within FIQ Group Shared Services, which supports both our services and product businesses.

What you'll do

• Hardware & Device Support
• Set up, image, and configure Windows 11 laptops and Mac devices for new joiners, and enrol them in device management
• Collect, wipe, and reissue devices from leavers within agreed timelines
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate repairs and warranty claims with OEMs and local vendors
• Maintain the asset register for every device, linked to the employee it is assigned to
