About the role

The Location Manager – LAP is responsible for driving end?to?end Loan Against Property (LAP) business at the branch level by leading a sales team , ensuring quality sourcing , maintaining credit discipline , and delivering profitable portfolio growth while adhering to policy and regulatory guidelines.

What you'll do

• LAP Business & Sales Ownership
• Own and achieve LAP business targets (disbursements, sourcing, revenue) for the assigned location
• Drive acquisition across self?employed, SME, and professional segments
• Build and execute location-specific LAP sourcing strategies including walk?ins, referrals, DSTs, connectors, and channel partners
• Monitor sales funnel, conversions, TAT, and drop?offs to ensure consistent performance
