Logistics Executive - Inventory Management

About the role

Distribution Center Logistics Executive- Inventory The Estée Lauder Companies is looking for a Distribution Center Logistics Executive- Inventory to keep inventory accurate and customer orders moving across our India operations. You will work closely with our third-party logistics (3PL) partner to reconcile physical stock with system records, investigate discrepancies and ensure orders move from picking through dispatch on time.

What you'll do

• Oversee cycle counts, physical stock checks, annual stocktakes and customs reconciliation
• Reconcile physical inventory against SAP and warehouse management system (WMS) records, and maintain documentation for internal audits
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Identify the root causes of inbound and outbound stock variances, coordinate corrections for transfers, adjustments and customer returns
• Oversee daily 3PL operations
