We are looking for a smart, sharp-minded Lead Recruiter / Non-IT Manager who brings not just experience, but ownership, insight, and intent to lead recruitment in the Broking and Financial Services domain . This role demands more than just hard work—it needs smart execution, market awareness , and strong client and candidate management skills .

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across Broking, Wealth Management, BFSI, and Financial domains
• Strong grasp of industry terminologies and functional roles such as Equity Advisors, Relationship Managers, Compliance Officers, Dealer/Traders, and Risk Analysts
• Act as a client success partner by understanding JDs, business priorities, team structures, and expectations deeply
• Build rapport and hold meaningful conversations with candidates to assess attitude, skills, and fit
• Use tact, empathy, and sharp negotiation skills to onboard top talent effectively
