We're looking for Security Associates (Security & Loss Prevention) to oversee the seamless, secure operation of our Quick Commerce operations across Mumbai. The ideal candidate must be passionate about risk management and creating SOPs, while aiming to foster a culture of accountability and safety. What you'll do

• Enforce Standard Operating Procedures for site security, fire safety, operations, inventory control, control tower, loss reporting, compliance, adherence, and audits
• Resolve disputes effectively, leveraging strong problem-solving skills to diffuse potentially tense situations

What you need

• 0–5 yrs of experience
