M3 Director - Corporate Controllership

About the role

The Finance team at PayU India is a dynamic and growing organization that plays a critical role in supporting the company's rapid expansion and strategic initiatives. As part of the Group Financial Controller's organization, the Financial Reporting team leads the Control, Compliance, Audit, and Tax agenda across all group entities.

What you'll do

• Lead group consolidation across legal entities, including intercompany eliminations, minority interest, and equity-accounting adjustments
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with Ind AS 110, 111, 28 and applicable group accounting policies
• Own and maintain the group-wide chart of accounts and entity-level submission trackers
• Resolve inter-entity reconciliation breaks and escalate consolidation risks with recommended solutions
• Support acquisitions, due diligence, valuation, recognition of intangible assets, divestitures, and internal legal-entity restructuring
