What you'll do

• Define and establish learning and skills requirements for diverse employee populations, including frontline, operational, leadership, and corporate audiences
• Lead and coordinate enterprise and leadership learning needs assessments to identify capability gaps and prioritize strategic development initiatives
• Establish and govern the processes, frameworks, and standards for needs analysis, audience segmentation, and delivery prioritization
• Drive data-informed decision making through the utilization of learning analytics, workforce capability insights, and skills trend analysis
• Collaborate with learning design, digital HR, and external vendors to implement effective, scalable, and modern learning delivery models

What you need

• Any graduate
