About the role

Operate and work on conventional machine tools such as Lathe, Milling, Drilling, Shaping and Grinding machines. Machine components as per engineering drawings, dimensions and specifications. Perform machining operations including turning, facing, drilling, boring, tapping, milling, slotting and grinding.

What you'll do

• Operate and work on conventional machine tools such as Lathe, Milling, Drilling, Shaping and Grinding machines
• Perform machining operations including turning, facing, drilling, boring, tapping, milling, slotting and grinding
• Set up machines, select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds and machining parameters
• Maintain required dimensional accuracy, tolerances and surface finish of components
