About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Lead – Pan India to manage and oversee maintenance requirements across all outlets. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of outlet infrastructure, equipment, electrical systems, and other maintenance requirements while coordinating with vendors, regional teams, and internal

What you'll do

• Take ownership of maintenance operations across all outlets Pan India
• Handle and resolve issues related to electrical systems, equipment, fixtures
• Infrastructure, and general outlet maintenance
• Conduct regular outlet visits and audits to identify, track, and close maintenance
• Coordinate with external vendors for electrical, equipment, civil, HVAC, plumbing

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
• Maintenance
• Preventive maintenance
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Troubleshooting
• Carpentry
• Any graduate

What you get

• ₹55k–₹70k a month
