About the role
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety of equipment, machinery, utilities, and facilities. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, team management, vendor coordination, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives and also exposure to SAP tool.

- Ensure timely repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities
- Minimize equipment downtime and improve operational efficiency
- Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with standards
