Management Accountant (CERES GROUP)

About the role

As part of our expansion into Europe, Asia and other regions, we are looking for a dedicated Finance professional to join our Ceres team (a sub portfolio of Vesta) as a full-time Management Accountant. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the growth of our Finance function within a high-growth organization, becoming an integral part of the Vesta finance team.

What you'll do

• Produce timely and reliable monthly management reporting files based on input from the assigned business unit
• Identify and investigate variances against benchmarks, provide analysis of differences, and explore potential problems with non-financial department heads/business units
• Take the lead on various projects, including process and system improvements
• Update Excel-based reconciliations / support packs for all Balance Sheet accounts
• Support and challenge the business heads with the Group’s Quarterly Strategic Review process (forecasting)
