• Provide detailed written justifications for evaluations and scores to maintain transparency and accountability
• Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment so that assessments are reproducible and defensible
• Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers and iterate on submitted work to improve quality and accuracy
