About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager – Process Engineering to lead process development, optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer activities for oral and non-oral dosage forms. The role requires strong expertise in chemical engineering principles, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and regulatory compliance, with a proven track record in delivering robust and scalable processes.

What you'll do

• Process Design & Optimization
• Develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes for solid oral and Injectable dosage forms
• Scale up processes from lab/pilot scale to commercial production
• Lead technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing sites
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance yield, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness

What you need

• 7–10 yrs of experience
• Regulatory affairs
• B.Tech or B.E. or M.Tech
