Manager - Account Management

About the role

Responsible for supporting the sales, delivery and account management process for accounts. Focuses on building foundational relationships and identifying initial opportunities for account expansion within the company's diverse digital, data, and AI solutions. Requires a solid understanding of the company's product line and its basic applications, as well as the client's objectives and challenges.

What you'll do

• Responsible for supporting the sales, delivery and account management process for accounts
• Manage routine account tasks, including regular communication and follow-ups, to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Reporting and Documentation: Track and report on account activity, including status updates, performance metrics, and client feedback
