About the role

A successful Assistant Manager (AM) should have: ICWA inter with 10-12 years of experience or ICWA qualified with 6 to 8 years of experience. Proficiency in MIS tools to streamline reporting processes. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in financial reporting. What you'll do

• Partner with leadership to optimize performance and strategic decisions
• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with statutory requirements
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions
• Supervise and coordinate with the finance team to maintain efficient workflows and processes
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts and timely submission of financial reports
