About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Administrative Specialist to support management and key stakeholders with complex administrative activities, data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and stakeholder communication. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal specialists and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of defined and complex administrative activities and transactions
• Ensure administrative processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines
• Coordinate and follow up on activities across relevant stakeholders
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Collect, analyse, and validate data from multiple sources to support management and stakeholder information needs
