About the role

IT Program Manager with AI experience, responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of digital transformation, AI, data, and technology initiatives.

What you'll do

• Defining Agile frameworks, governance, and operating models
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess current ways of working and design strategies for agile adoption and continuous improvement
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and ceremonies to build agile capability and maturity
• Deliver Agile and Scaled Agile training
• Support Agile Release Train (ART) launches and Quarterly Planning to enable scaled delivery

What you need
