  • Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Achieve Targets: Drive proactive solicitation of new banquet, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), social
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Conduct routine sales calls, site inspections, and presentations for prospective clients, converting inquiries into confirmed contracts
  • Event Planning & Client Relations
  • Culinary & Operations Alignment: Partner regularly with the Executive Chef, Director of Food & Beverage, and Banquet Operations Manager to design creative menus
