• Lead the GBSC Culture Network, including volunteer recruitment, governance, planning, and success measurement across committees
• Drive culture initiatives that support employee engagement, onboarding, learning and development, and social impact
• Partner with committee leaders, sponsors, and subject matter experts to develop and execute programs globally
• Create compelling communications and presentations that promote culture, drive participation, and showcase impact
• Track participation and engagement metrics, analyze employee feedback, and recommend improvements
