No Warning Letter issued in the past 6 months E-learning mandatory courses certified wherever applicable Manage end-to-end transition of domestic BPO processes from client handover to steady-state operations. Ensure smooth migration, proper planning, and successful delivery within timelines.

What you'll do

• Handle complete transition lifecycle (planning, execution, closure)
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams (Operations, HR, Training, IT)
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and process setup
• Track progress and share regular status updates
• Identify risks and ensure timely resolution

What you need

• 6–10 yrs of experience
• Problem solving
• MBA
