About the role

To provide support in preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements (CFS) related to preparatory, monitoring, follow-up, and documentation works for preparation of CFS of GAL/GPUIL in order to enable the Corporate CIG team to get the CFS of GAL/GPUIL audited and to submit the same as per the format prescribed by SEBI LODR / Companies Act within the management-defined timelines.

What you'll do

• Collection of shareholding patterns from all Group Entities
• Verify RPT, follow up on missing RPT, identify gaps, and ensure corrections are made
• Pass elimination entries for Group company transactions
• Refresh standalone numbers in financial models from BPC
• Verify numbers with standalone financials along with groupings

What you need

• 8–11 yrs of experience
• MIS reporting
• Variance analysis
• Internal audit
• Month-end close
• Ind AS
• SAP
• Chartered Accountant or CMA or MBA
