What you'll do

• Conduct market research to identify and recommend coal trading products for development on the Coal Exchange platform
• Coordinate with technology and cross-functional teams to develop and launch exchange products in line with regulatory approvals and specifications
• Build and manage relationships with coal buyers and sellers to drive adoption of the Coal Exchange platform
• Plan and execute business development initiatives to increase market awareness and participation in exchange-based coal trading
• Support customer onboarding, registration, and enable seamless trading experiences for market participants
