About the role

Periodically assess the effectiveness of compliance frameworks and recommend process improvements and corrective actions. Demonstrated experience in regulatory compliance, audit management, and risk governance Technical Competencies In-depth knowledge of applicable industry regulations and compliance standards

What you'll do

• Advise stakeholders on complex regulatory, operational, and transactional compliance matters
• Assess new business initiatives, products, and strategic ventures to identify and mitigate emerging compliance risks
• Monitor and analyze regulatory developments, evaluating their impact on business operations and compliance obligations
• Design, implement, and maintain effective compliance controls and monitoring mechanisms
• Review policies, procedures, and reporting structures to identify risks, control gaps, and areas of non-compliance
