Manager - Corporate Accounting

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Corporate Accounting & Controlling team, driving accounting excellence while contributing to strategic finance transformation initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders around the globe, you will support process harmonization and business integration projects, to establish standardized, scalable, and future-ready finance processes while advancing Lonza's mission of manufacturing the medicines of tomorrow.

What you'll do

• Govern the global Chart of Accounts, driving simplification, standardization, and effective use across the organization
• Review and approve the creation and maintenance of general ledger accounts in partnership with Global Master Data teams, ensuring adherence to governance standards
• Drive compliance with Corporate Accounting policies, standards, and governance requirements across global finance operations
• Oversee adherence to the global account reconciliation policy through review of supporting documentation, identification of gaps, and implementation of corrective actions
• Serve as a Corporate Accounting & Controlling subject matter expert, providing guidance to finance teams, process owners, project teams
