About the role

The Lead ICFR Controls Testing executes the ICFR management testing, including Entity Level Controls (ELC), Control Self-Assessment (CSA) monitoring, and external audit coordination for assigned processes, business units and locations ensuring that the ICFR controls in these are tested to standard, deficiencies are identified, and audit evidence is submitted accurately and on time.

What you'll do

• Execute the ICFR management testing plan, including ELC, for assigned processes, business units and locations — conducting DE, OE
• Coordinate ICFR audit activities with external auditors — aligning control scope and sample sizes, submitting evidence within agreed timelines

• Identify control deficiencies, document root-cause analysis, and drive remediation actions by the process owners
• Support quality review cycles — addressing reviewer comments within defined turnaround windows and updating the MIS with evidence on schedule

What you need
