About the role

We are seeking a Manager, Power Platform & Modern Front‑End Engineering to lead the delivery and evolution of enterprise‑grade solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, with a strong emphasis on modern front‑end technology stacks such as React, Angular, and Next.js. This role is accountable for translating business requirements, process needs, and client objectives into clear, scalable technical solution designs.

What you'll do

  • Solution Design & Requirements Translation
  • Translate business requirements, user stories, process flows, and client objectives into practical technical solution designs
  • Lead solution design sessions that clarify business capabilities, system boundaries, integration needs, data ownership, security requirements
  • Identify gaps, ambiguities, risks, and assumptions in requirements; document them clearly and drive resolution with business and technical stakeholders
  • Define technical options and tradeoffs, including cost, maintainability, scalability, extensibility, complexity, delivery timeline, and operational support considerations
