What you'll do

Lead & develop: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of FDEs
Own customers: Oversee ~15 strategic accounts and personally engage with the highest-impact relationships
Drive outcomes: Ensure customers realize measurable value from our platform and proactively address account risks
Own the number: Drive portfolio-level Customer Value & Sentiment Score (CVSS) and overall account health
