About the role

The team supports clients in establishing robust project governance, monitoring project performance, identifying risks, and enabling timely management decisions across the project lifecycle.

What you'll do

  • Monitor overall project progress against approved baselines and identify schedule slippages, bottlenecks, interface issues, and potential delays
  • Monitor change management and variation control, including potential schedule and cost implications of changes
  • Conduct periodic site reviews and validate reported project progress against actual site conditions and agreed milestones
  • Prepare and review weekly and monthly project dashboards, progress reports, management presentations, executive summaries, and exception reports
  • Develop clear management insights highlighting key project concerns, critical decisions required, emerging risks, and recommended corrective actions
