Manager - Demand, Change & Capacity

About the role

Govern and coordinate IT demand intake, change execution and capacity planning across the Infrastructure domain in order to align business requirements with IT capabilities, deliver changes in a controlled and compliant manner, and ensure that infrastructure capacity supports current and future business needs.

What you'll do

• Manage IT demand intake and prioritization in order to create a transparent, aligned and resource-aware demand pipeline
• This includes the following duties and
• Capture, assess and prioritize incoming business and IT demands
• Align demand with strategic objectives, infrastructure priorities and resource availability
• Coordinate demand discussions with Infrastructure, Applications, Network and End User Services domains
