About the role

Global Training at Bain builds capabilities through a range of learning options. This includes live virtual and in-person programs, apprenticeship, coaching, mentoring, social, and self-directed digital learning.

What you'll do

• Digital learning design, curation and development
• Design engaging digital learning experiences using evidence-based instructional design principles and adult learning best practices
• Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and translate complex topics into clear, impactful learning solutions
• Create storyboards, learning journeys, interactive modules, videos, and other digital learning assets
• Analyze learning data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of learning paths and make data-driven improvements
