Manager - Digital Marketing

About the role

This position will be part of the Growth Marketing vertical. This is a performance-first role: the mandate is acquisition and outcomes, not campaign execution for its own sake.

What you'll do

• Own and execute performance marketing strategy on Meta and Google to drive user acquisition and ticket sales across a live, fast-moving events calendar
• Build a working understanding of consumer tech and app ecosystems — mapping user journeys from discovery through purchase to inform targeting and media strategy
• Take an insight-driven approach to media planning; use AppsFlyer and other attribution tools to optimize budgets and improve media efficiency across concurrent events
• Maintain current, hands-on expertise in, Meta Ads Platform, and Google Ads algorithms programmatic channels
• Improve Quality Scores through ad relevance, landing page quality, and other optimization levers
