Manager Engagement, Marketing & Communication

About the role

The Manager – Engagement, Marketing & Communication will be responsible for executing and managing the organization's engagement, marketing, branding, and communication initiatives. The role will work closely with leadership and teams to build meaningful stakeholder relationships, enhance brand visibility, and tell compelling stories that showcase Bright Future India's impact.

What you'll do

• Stakeholder Engagement & Outreach
• Develop and execute engagement plans for donors, employers, volunteers, beneficiaries, alumni, and prospective employees
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, CSR partners, media representatives, and ecosystem stakeholders
• Coordinate outreach campaigns, networking initiatives, webinars, and engagement events
• Support employer branding and volunteer engagement initiatives in collaboration with HR and program teams

What you need
