About the role

Provide expert legal guidance on employment, labour, and industrial relations matters.Interpret labour laws, regulations, case laws, and assess their impact on organizational policies and practices. Review employee-related contracts, agreements, notices, and legal communications. Lead and manage labour court, industrial tribunal, conciliation, arbitration, and employment-related legal proceedings.

• Coordinate with external legal counsels for case preparation, strategy, and representation
• Prepare legal briefs, responses, affidavits, petitions, and supporting documentation
