What you'll do
- Lead Generation: Build a strong pipeline and secure new business inquiries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines while identifying sector strengths and service offerings
- Drive revenue growth and TEU volume. Maintain target profitability and margin percentages. Support geographical expansion across gateway ports
- Manage and optimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). Lead and support new project initiatives, including Bulk Cargo, RoRo, and other specialized logistics solutions
