About the role

Responsible for leading fraud and Disputes operations, ensuring effective fraud detection, Dispute investigation, and risk mitigation while driving team performance, process improvements, and compliance with regulatory and business requirements. Manage day-to-day fraud and Dispute operations and oversee fraud monitoring activities.

What you'll do

• Lead investigations of high-risk fraud cases and ensure timely resolution
• Identify fraud trends, risks, and control gaps, and implement preventive measures
• Drive team performance, productivity, quality, and SLA adherence
