About the role
We are seeking an experienced M2 Manager, Firmware Engineering to lead firmware execution for Keyboard and Mouse New Product Introductions (NPIs). This role is responsible for managing a team of firmware engineers and driving end-to-end firmware delivery for new keyboard, mouse, and combo products—from concept validation through engineering builds, design verification, manufacturing ramp, and launch.
What you'll do
- Lead firmware development for PWS keyboard and mouse NPI programs
- Manage and develop a team of firmware engineers
- Drive firmware execution across EVT, DVT, PVT, and production
- Partner cross-functionally with Hardware, QA, Program management, EE and Mechanical Team, Suppliers and SOC Vendors
- Oversee firmware architecture, implementation, debugging, and release readiness
What you need
