About the role

HMSI is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions using LLMs, RAG architecture, Agentic AI, MCP server integrations, Codex/platform engineering practices, and Azure AI services. The role requires strong hands-on development capability, team leadership experience, DevOps maturity and practical implementation experience in production AI solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications using LLMs, GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI, and Azure AI services
• Build scalable RAG architectures integrating enterprise data sources, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge repositories
• Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows capable of reasoning, tool usage, workflow execution, human-in-the-loop control, and enterprise automation
• Work with LLM platforms and AI development tools such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Codex, Azure OpenAI, and related SDKs/frameworks
• Design and implement MCP server-based integrations for secure tool access, context exchange, and enterprise system connectivity
